Three Cheese Spinach

Ingredients

1/2 Butter

3 tb Flour

4 oz Brick cheese; grated

8 oz American cheese; grated

3 Eggs

1 pk (10-oz) frozen chopped

1 lb Creamed cottage cheese

Directions

Cook spinach as directed. Melt butter in hot spinach. Mix cheeses, eggs and flour. Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
