1. Preheat wall grill.
2. Lightly spray baking tray with oil.
3. Line try with foil.
4. Evenly spread sugar over tray.
5. Place under grill.
6. Heat until sugar melts and turns golden brown.
7. Remove tray and quickly sprinkle confetti over melted sugar.
8. Aloow to cool.
9. Crack into shards.
10. Store in sealed container.
