Tomatillo Green Chile Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients

6 poblano chilies sliced in half

6 tomatillos sliced in half

1 large onion quartered and separated

2 jalepenos halved

6 cloves Garlic minced

1/2 to 1 cup Sour cream

1/2 to 1 cup Cilantro chopped

1/2 or + water

2 tablespoons Lime Juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

broil tomatillos, onion, peppers till soft and brown, cool, blend in food processor for 5 min with all other ingredients. Can be used to make chicken enchiladas. adjust as needed
