Ingredients

7 cups Flour

7 mini spoons Salt

8 Spoons Butter or pork fat

3/4 cup Hot water


Directions

Put the flour in a bowl. Add salt. Mix butter with flour and salt, use your (clean) hands. Add water gently, keep mixing with your hands until you get a perfect mix. Take enough mix to fill your hand Palm. Make a round type of small ball with your hands. Each small ball, needs to be flattened with a wooden pastry roll. That creates a tortilla. Put each tortilla in a hot pan (comal). Wait until the lower side is done and turn the tortilla over. Add a bit of butter on the pan, and put another tortilla. Voila!
