Quick and easy delicious cheeze bread

0.5 teaspoon Garlic Salt
0.5 teaspoon Pepper
Surprisingly good! (My family loved the name). I used lite height fiber bread, light margarine, and 2% sharp velveeta cheese slices. Tasted like an open faced grilled cheese. Would be awesome with soup. Will make again and again!
