Tri-Color Salsa

Mildly spicy pepper and tomato salsa. Garlic and onion free. Gluten-free. Vegan.

Ingredients

1 cup Red bell pepper de-veined and diced

1 cup Yellow bell pepper de-veined and diced

1 cup Orange bell pepper de-veined and diced

2 Tomatoes medium size, diced

1 bunch Cilantro fresh, chopped fine

1/4 cup Mama Lil's Spicy Peppers chopped fine

2 Limes zest & juice

1 teaspoon Salt to taste

1 tablespoon Olive oil


Directions

Step 1: Once all ingredients are washed and prepped, mix everything together. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
