Trifle

I don't like custard or jelly, so I'm making this by request. Even so, it sounds quite good.

Ingredients

Sponge cake cut into squares

1 packet of raspberry or strawberry jelly.

500 grams strawberries hull and halved

500 grams blueberries

500 mililiters custard

250 mililiters sherry


Directions

Make up the jelly according to the directions. Put in the fridge to partly set. Place a layer of sponge cake squares in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with sherry then pour over partly set jelly. Top with half the strawberries and blueberries. Cover with half the custard. Repeat layers then refrigerate until serving.
