Tuna-Mac Casserole

Ingredients

2 tb Green onion tops

1 c Mushroom pieces; raw

4 c Cooked elbow macaroni;

1 c Skim milk

12 1/4 oz Water-packed tuna

1 cn Reduced-fat cream of

1/4 ts Lemon pepper

Salt; (optional)

1/4 ts Celery seed


Directions

Mix altogether. Pour into two 1 1/2 quart casseroles coated with cooking spray. (One may be lined with heavy duty foil before spraying. Then freeze before baking.) Bake at 350? F for 25-30 min.
