Tuna Pot Pie

Ingredients

1 12-oz can canned tuna drained

1 10-3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon Onion powder

1 10-oz box frozen mixed vegetables thawed

1 cup potato chopped, cooked

1 7-1/2 oz roll refrigerated biscuits quartered


Directions

Heat oven to 375 degree F. Heat soup, milk and onion powder in saucepan over medium-low heat until smooth. Stir in vegetables, tuna and potato. Continue cooking until mixture comes to a low boil. Transfer to 1-1/2 quart casserole. Top with quartered biscuits. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
