Ingredients

1 egg

1 cup soft bread crumbs

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 tbsp skim milk

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp dried herbs

pepper

1 package ground turkey

Directions

Saute onion in olive oil with salt and pepper. Food process bread, herbs, & pepper Mix egg, bread crumbs, sauteed onions, milk, and turkey. Form into a loaf and bake until thermometer is 180.
