Turkey Taco Salad

Ingredients

16 oz Ground Turkey Browned

1 can Pinto Beans Drained/rinsed

1 can Corn Drained

1 jar Salsa

1 can Diced Tomatoes

Cheddar cheese

Lettuce

Tortilla Chips


Directions

Brown turkey with chili powder, cumin and pepper to taste. Add beans, corn, tomatoes and salsa. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or so until flavors are blended. Serve on shredded lettuce with cheese and crunched up tortilla chips on top.
