Turkey Tortilla Soup

Ingredients

2 cups Shredded Jennie-O Turkey pot roast

2 14.5 oz cans Chicken broth

1 pkg taco seasoning mix

1 16 oz. jar Salsa

1 15 oz can Black beans, drained and rinsed

1 11 oz can Corn


Directions

Prepare pot roast according to reheating directions. Shred the pot roast. In a large saucepan, combine chicken broth, taco seasoning mix and salsa. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add shredded turkery, beans and corn. Heat until warmed through, about 10 minutes. Serve with a side of tortilla chips or strips and sour cream.
