Upside Down German Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

Topping: Mix first in 9x13 pan

1 1/4 c hot water

1/4 c oleo -- melted

1 c brown sugar -- packed

1 1/4 c coconut

2 c mini marshmellows

1 1/4 c nuts -- chopped

Cake:

1 pkg chocolate cake mix

1/2 c water

1/3 c mayonnaise

2/3 c milk

1/2 c oleo -- melted

3 lg eggs


Directions

Mix cake & carefully pour over watery topping mix in pan trying to cover all. Bake 350° 25 - 35 min. Let sit 5 min then dump out. Scrape whatever is left in pan & spread on cake.
