Ingredients

125 g butter softened

250 ml sugar

5 ml vanilla extract (only 2,5ml if US product)

2 eggs

500 ml flour all purpose

15 ml baking powder

2 ml salt

150 ml milk


Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F Using an electric whisk, cream the softened butter and sugar together. Add the egg and vanilla and mix well until the color is light and white-ish. Add 1/2 of the flour, the baking powder, and the salt. Add the milk and combine all the ingredients well before adding the last 1/2 of the flour. Mix well until smooth. Bake for 25 - 30 min.
