Ingredients

4 Veal Cutletts

1 cup Italian Season Bread Crumbs

1/2 cup pecereno romano cheese grated

1/2 cup all purpose flour

2 Eggs beaten

1/4 cup milk

2 tbsp olive oil

salt and pepper


Directions

1.Season cutlets with salt and pepper set aside. 2.Combine Bread Crumbs and Cheese in a container set aside 3.Put flour in a container set aside 4.Combine milk and eggs in a container set aside 5.Heat olive oil in saute pan over med heat 6. While oil is heating take one cutlet dredge it in the flour shake off the excess. 7.Then dip in to egg mixture 8.Then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture 9 Add to saute pan and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or golden brown repeat the process with the 3 remaining cutlets
