14 ounces Firm Tofu (400g)

2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour

2 tsp Mild Curry Powder

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 cup Vegan Buttermilk (240ml) 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice + Soy

1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

2 Tbsp Sesame Oil For Frying add more as needed
