1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

2 cups vegetable stock

1 28- ounce can crushed tomatoes

1/2 cup fresh basil sliced

2 tablespoons Vegan Walnut Parmesan for serving optional

1 cup Cashew Ricotta for serving optional
