Ingredients

One head cauliflower

Fresh broccoli

Carrots

Mushrooms

2 cans mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded swiss cheese

1 can Durkees fried onions


Directions

Lightly steam cauliflower, broccoli and carrots. Saute mushrooms. Mix together everything but 1/2 cup cheese and onions in casserole. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake at 350° till brown on top.
