Ingredients

32 oz frozen mixed vegs

0.25 tsp. garlic salt

3 tablespoon Butter

3 tablespoon Flour

2.5 cups liquid

3 tablespoon sherry or white wine

0.25 cup Parmesan

0.25 tsp. garlic salt

1 pinch thyme and nutmeg

2 cups bread cubes

0.5 c Butter


Directions

Cook vegs. in microwave following directions on pkg.; drain, retaining liquid. Season with garlic salt and 2T of buter Put in ungreaseed 9 x 13 casserole Make Mornay sauce, as any white sauce, being careful to not let sauce get too thin. Modify amounts as needed (original recipe called for 20 oz. of vegs.) Cover vegs. in casserole with Mornay sauce, mix lightly with fork. Cover thickly with bread cubes, dot cubes with melted butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min.
