Viennese Nut Torte

Ingredients

7 Eggs -- separated

2/3 c Sugar

Grated

1/2 ts Cinnamon

Chocolate icing

1 1/2 c Nuts -- ground

5 oz Bittersweet chocolate --

Directions

Bear yolks and sugar till light. Add chocolate, cinnamon and nuts. Fold in stiffly beaten whites. Put into a tube pan and bake 45 min at 325F or till done. Recipe By : My files
