Vietnamese Dipping Sauce (Nuoc Cham)

Ingredients

3 tb Water

1 sm Bird chile Or Serrano Chile

3 tb Fish sauce

1 Garlic minced

2 tb Fresh Lime Juice (2-3 tb)

1 tb Granulated sugar


Directions
