Vodka Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

28 oz Crushed tomatoes with juice

1 tb Chopped parsley

1 tb Basil

1 tb Oregano

1/2 c celery Finely chopped

1/4 c olive oil

1 c Half and half

1 ts Sugar

1/2 c Prosciutto finely chopped

3 Garlic minced

3/4 c Vodka

1 c Onions chopped


Directions

Saute onion, celery, and garlic in olive oil. Add prosciutto, vodka, tomatoes, parsley, basil, and oregano and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add half and half and warm, but do not boil.
