1 cup fresh peaches chopped peeled, or frozen unsweetened thawed and chopped
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries or frozen
BATTER:
1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons flaxseed
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
