Ingredients

4 ounces Grilled chicken 110 calories

2.5 cups Romaine lettuce 20 calories

1/2 cup Cucumber 8 calories

1/2 cup Grated carrots 2 calories

9 each Grape Tomatoes 9 calories

.5 ounces Blue Cheese chunks 50 calories

1 tablespoon Simply Natural-Ranch Dressing 50 calories

2 tablespoons Frank's Redhot Buffalo Wings Sauce 0 calories


Directions

Dice the grilled chicken and place it into a storage bowl. Add the Buffalo sauce. Place the lid onto the bowl and shake vigorously. In a large bowl, put lettuce in first and then all other ingredients on top. Server the Ranch dressing either on the side or poured over. (I like it shaken into the salad just like we did with the buffalo sauce.)
