Zesty Citrus Vinaigrette

Ingredients

Vinegar

1 tb White wine vinegar or cider

1 Garlic minced

1 tb Frozen orange juice

ts Dried

ts Dried Oregano

2 tb Powdered fruit pectin

1 ts Chopped fresh oregano or 1/4

2 tb Chopped fresh parsley or 2

1 ts Sugar

1 ds Ground red pepper (cayenne)

Concentrate, thawed

1/4 ts Salt

1/2 c Water


Directions
