Ingredients

1 cup cream cheese

3/4 cup cottage cheese

3 tsp seafood seasoning blend

3 tbs ketchup

3 tbs green onions minced

8 oz can pasteurized crab drained

Hot sauce to taste

Directions

In blender, puree first 5 ingredients until smooth. Transfer dip to bowl. Stir in crab and hot sauce. Season with salt and pepper. SERVE with veggies & ENJOY...
