3 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 pinch ground cloves
1 c vegetable oil
2 c sugar
3 large eggs
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
2 c grated zucchini
1 c grated carrots
1 c chopped walnuts toasted
Another great recipe. I also made with 1/2 oil and 1/2 applesauce. Otherwise exactly done by recipe. Yum!
