4 Cheese Sauce

This is an indulgently creamy four cheese sauce that's perfect with gnocchi or penne. Excellent on Broccoli or Green Beans

Ingredients

2 Pints Kemps Heavy Whipping Cream

8 oz Mozzarella

8 oz Provolone

5 oz Grated Parmesan

5 oz Romano

1 cup Salted Butter


Directions

In a medium saucepan combine cream and butter. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently until butter melts. Gradually stir in cheeses. Reduce heat to low, and continue to stir just until all cheese is melted. Sauce will thicken upon standing.
