Ingredients

1 cup Cauliflower chopped

2 teaspoons peas and carrots

1/3 egg


Directions

1. Fry egg in a pan and chop into little tiny pieces 2. Add chopped cauliflower into a food processor or anything you would like. I use my Ninja blender, but you can also use a cheese grater. 3. Slowly add your chopped up bits to the pan once you see they're to the consistency of rice. 4. Add some salt and pepper and stir 5. Finally add the remaining veggies and enjoy!
