Not your traditional Filipino cuisine - Adu-Bo is Pork Adobo with a twist! It's a convergence of tradition and improvisation at it's finest.
Category: Desserts
Cuisine: Filipino
1/4 kilo pork (cut into minicubes)
10 cloves Garlic crushed
1 pack banana blossoms
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1 teaspoon chilli
1 tablespoon Sugar
3 hardboiled eggs
Make sure it doesn't dry up so you can add a bit of water. You can substitute the chilli with 'siling labuyo seeds' to get the extra spicy punch! [I posted this recipe.]
