Ingredients

1/4 kilo pork (cut into minicubes)

10 cloves Garlic crushed

1 pack banana blossoms

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup vinegar

1/2 cup Soy sauce

1 teaspoon chilli

1 tablespoon Sugar

3 hardboiled eggs


Directions

Mix the garlic, soysauce, vinegar, black pepper and pork. Marinate for at least 30 minutes then put to boil. As soon as it boils, mix the chilli and sugar. Simmer for 20 minutes then add the banana blossoms. Give it 5 more minutes and serve with hot rice and hardboiled egg on the side.

Make sure it doesn't dry up so you can add a bit of water. You can substitute the chilli with 'siling labuyo seeds' to get the extra spicy punch! [I posted this recipe.]
