Ingredients

1/2 stick butter

1 c heavy cream

1 clove garlic

1 1/2 c fresh parmesean cheese

1/4 c fresh chopped parsley

Directions

Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Add garlic and cheese and mix, then add parsley.
