Almond Pancakes

Ingredients

4 large omega-3 eggs

1/2 cup full fat coconut milk

1/2 cup filtered water

2 tablespoons clarified grass fed butter

2 teaspoons gluten-free vanilla or almond extract

1 cup almond flour

1/4 cup coconut flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon sea salt


Directions

Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl mix dry ingredients then combine until smooth the better will be thick and look a little grainy. Ladle onto griddle and quarter cup amounts. Yield four servings of three pancakes each. Top with butter and or berries store extra in freezer
