Amy's Horseradish Coleslaw

A quick n robust coleslaw that isn't too sweet, also great for sandwich topping.

Ingredients

2 Lb

1/2 Diced

1 Diced Any color

1/2 cup

2 tablespoons More or less to taste

1/4 teaspoon

2 tablespoons

1 tablespoon

2 teaspoons


Directions

In one large bowl, mix first three ingredients together. Set to side. In small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour over contents in large bowl. Cover, refrigerate, and let rest one hour or more. Flavor gets better the longer it marries. Serve with ham/ pork or roast beef.
