1. Heat one (1) tablespoon oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
2. Add chicken.
3. Cook, stirring, until chicken is cooked throughout (about 5 minutes).
4. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
5. Heat remaining oil in same skillet.
6. Begin heating water for pasta.
7. Add carrot to skillet.
8. Cook, stirring, for four (4) minutes.
9. Add broccoli and garlic to skillet.
10. Cook, stirring, for two (2) minutes longer.
11. Cook pasta according to package directions.
12. While pasta is cooking , add chicken broth, basil and Parmesan to skillet.
13. Stir to combine.
14. reduce heat and simmer for four (4) minutes.
15. Drain pasta.
16. Place in a large serving bowl.
17. Top with chicken and vegetable mixture.
18. Serve immediately.
