Ingredients

1 ea Turkey 3 lb

1/4 pound Spaghetti thin

1/4 pound Mushroom

1/4 pound Butter

Parmesan grated

1 pint Cream half-and-half

1 tablespoon Flour

1 tablespoon Sherry

1 1/2 cups White wine

Salt and pepper


Directions

Boil turkey and cut into small pieces. Slice mushrooms and saute in butter. Add turkey, seas, wine, and cream; boil for 5 min. Mix flour w/ little butter and add to turkey, stirring until smooth cream is formed. Place spaghetti, previously cooked, in salted water, in bottom of "oven dish", add turkey. Top w/ grated chees and brown. If you use cream, don't use as much milk. don't use too much spaghetti b/c it thickens the dish. Bake at 400 deg for 20 min.
