Ingredients

250 g Rama kocka / Butter

250 g túró / cottage cheese

700 grams Liszt / Flour

1 tejföl / 200 ml sour cream

só / salt


Directions

[Elokészítés] A margarint elmorzsoljuk a liszttel, megsózzuk, majd hozzáadjuk a túrót. Összegyúrjuk, és annyi tejfölt adunk hozzá, hogy összeálljon a puha, de nem ragadós tészta. Kinyújtjuk, kiszaggatjuk. [Sütés] Hirtelen lángon sütjük. Kb 45 perc [Preparation] Mix the butter with the flour, add salt and cottage cheese. Knead, and add enough sour cream to make it a nice dough, soft but not too sticky. You may need to knead it a bit. Roll to 1.5 cm thick, and cut with cookie cutters (round). [Baking] Bake in hot oven, takes about 30-40 minutes.
