Apple Brickle Dip

Great as an appetizer, snack, dessert, or for a Christmas Open House. It won't last long!

Ingredients

1 8-oz package cream cheese softened

1/2 cup Brown sugar packed

1/4 cup Sugar

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

1 7.5-oz package almond brickle chips or English toffee bits (10 ounces)

3 medium tart apples cut into chunks


Directions

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugars and vanilla. Fold in brickle chips. Serve with apples. Refrigerate any leftovers. Yield: 2 cups.
