Asian Pickled Veggies

I pickle daikon radishes, cucumber, and carrots in this recipe, but you could use any crunch veggie

Ingredients

1/2 cup Rice vinegar Natural

1/8 cup White vingar

1 tablespoon Sugar

3/4 teaspoon Salt table

1/3 pound Daikon radish cut to match sticks

1/3 pound Carrot cut to match sticks

1/3 pound Cucumber cut to match sticks

2 ounces White Onion Julianed


Directions

Whisk everything but the Veggies together. Throw in the veggies, cover, throw it in the fridge. Let it sit over night. Throw over a Bulgogi Slider.
