Aunt Bernadean's Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

3 Eggs beaten

2 cups Sugar

3 tsp Vanilla

1/2 tsp Baking powder

3 tsp Cinnamon

3 cups Flour

1 cup Oil

2 cups Zucchini grated

1 tsp Baking soda

1 tsp Salt

3/4 tsp Nutmeg

1 cup Nuts


Directions

Cream together eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add nuts. Bake in two greased loaf pans at 325 degrees for one hour.
