1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup beets with juice
2 cup flour
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup crushed pineapple drained
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp chopped nuts
1 tbsp cottage cheese
