1/4 Cup Frozen mangos

2 teaspoons

1/4 Cup

1 Cup Coconut milk beverage

1 tablespoon Nutracleanse Or oatmeal

1 teaspoon Vanilla protein powder


Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
