Ingredients

Ingredients A

1 Cup Cooking Oil

1 Stick Cinnamon (4 Grams)

2 pieces star anise (2 Grams)

1 Gram Cloves

1 gram cardamom crushed

1/2 tsp cumin seeds (1 Gram)

1/2 tsp. fennel (1 gram)

1 Onion sliced

2 Stalks curry leaves (3 grams)

10 cloves garlic (50 gm)

5 cm ginger (50 gm)

Ingredients B

500 gm Chicken pieces

250 gm potatoes

2 tomatoes (100 gm)

Ingredients C

7 Tbsp Baba Meat Curry Powder

1 Tbsp salt or to taste

4 Cups Water

14 pcs. cashew nuts blended with 200 ml water

Coconut Cream optional


Directions

Heat oil in pan. Saute Ingredients A in order listed for 3 minutes Add ingredients B, cook with lid on for 3 minutes. Add Ingredients C, cook with lid on for 15 minutes. Add cashew nut paste, lower heat and cook til done. Add Coconut cream if desired
