Ingredients: 1/2 pound Bacon cooked & crumbled; 1 cup Cream or 7/8 cup milk + 3 Tb butter; 1 pack Frozen spinach (10oz) thawed & drained well; 1 cup Cheddar cheese (4oz) shredded; 4 Eggs slightly beaten; Salt and Pepper; 1 9" Frozen pie shell

Ingredients

1/2 pound Bacon cooked & crumbled

1 cup Cream or 7/8 cup milk + 3 Tb butter

1 pack Frozen spinach (10oz) thawed & drained well

1 cup Cheddar cheese (4oz) shredded

4 Eggs slightly beaten

Salt and Pepper

1 9" Frozen pie shell

Directions

Combine ingredients then pour into pie shell. Bake at 400F for 35 min. or until set and golden brown.
