Directions

Mix all together in a large bowl. Knead 12 minutes. Let rise until double, and punch. Divide into 12 equal strips. Shape into round rings. Let rise for 20 minutes. Drop into a large pot of boiling water. When bagel surfaces on top of water, bake on ungreased pan after basting with egg whites. Bake at 375 degrees until brown
