Ingredients

10.5 ounces Bread Flour

1 teaspoon Salt

2 teaspoons Instant Yeast

6 ounces Water


Directions

Combine all ingredients and knead on floured surface. Allow to ferment about 20-30 minutes. Form dough into rectangle and form baguette. Wash with water and dash flour, and cut slashes before proofing. Bake until brown.
