1 ts Oregano, dried
2 cl Garlic minced
Black Pepper to taste
1 Tomato thinly sliced
1 sm Onion thinly sliced
2 tb Parsley chopped
1/4 c Dry bread crumbs
1 tb Vegetable oil
Cooked for friends for a dinner party, served with a Greek salad and Asparagus spears. It’s beautiful! Crust helps to keep the Salmon moist. Great recipe thank you

ninjachik03Very good recipe. I used cherry tomatoes because I didn't have tomatoes on hand. Baked perfectly. I think the recipe needs a little bit of a salty dimension so it might help to add capers, Parmesan, or something else with that flavor profile on top. With that adjustment I'd say this recipe is an easy five stars.
