Banana Bread

This recipe is from our friends on Westridge Avenue. Natalie shared this with Peggy, who then shared this recipe with me. If you don't have buttermilk, you can substitute milk - sour with 1 tbls white vinegar and let set for 15 minutes, but I feel that buttermilk does an outstanding job.

Ingredients

Directions

Mix dry ingredients and let set, then mix the wet ingredients - add the vanilla and then the nuts last. bake at 325' for 70 minutes
