Heat oven to 450 degrees. Prepare pie crust as directed in a 9 inch tart pan w/removable bottom, Bake 9 to 11 minutes until light golden brown.
In a small bowl, combine bananas w/Rum. Toss to coat. Sprinkle orange peel on bottom of Baked Crust. Arrange Banana in single layer. Sprinkle with Pecans.
In a medium sauce pan, combine brown sugar, whipped cream, and butter. Cook until comes to a boil. Cook an additional 2 minutes until thick and golden brown - stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla - spoon over Bananas and pecans.
Cool 30 minutes. Serve Warm.
