BBQ Rub for Ribs

Ingredients

4 cups Granulated sugar

1 cup Lawry's Seasoned Salt

1 cup Garlic Salt

1 cup Celery Salt

1 cup Onion Salt

2 cups Spanish Paprica

3/4 cup Hot Chili Powder

1/2 cup Black Pepper

1/4 cup Lemon Pepper

1 tablespoon Ground Sage

1 rounded tablespoon Dry Mustard

1 teaspoon Ground Thyme

1 tablespoon Ground cayenne pepper


Directions

Mix all ingredients and sift several times. Store refrigerated in an airtight container. Makes about 3 quarts, enought for rubbing 36 full racks of pork ribs.
