Place all ingredients into TM bowl and cook for 7 minutes at 90oC on speed 4 or until desired consistency

You can double the recipe and cook for 12 minutes at 90oC on speed 4
VARIATIONS
Cheese sauce
Add 60-70g strong cheddar or other hard cheese cut into chunks, 1/2 Tyson each of mustard and paprika
If adding at the end of heating time, mix at speed 7 for 10 seconds and then heat for 1 minute at 90oC on speed 3
Sherry cream sauce
Add 1tbspn TM vegetable stock concentrate to the recipe.
At the end of the cooking time add 1 MC of cream and 2-3 tbspn of medium dry sherry and mix for 5 seconds on speed 5 without heating
Excellent served with lambs or poured over broccoli
